We also connect you with the resources, volunteers, and organizations that you need to help you facilitate your goals. We utilize our community partnerships, advocacy efforts, and resources to empower you to live the life you desire.
Families
Parents who have children with special needs often face the same challenges when navigating the special needs journey. Families are seeking resources and solutions to help their kids thrive. Together We Care can create a customized plan to help you locate and obtain services and resources for funding, respite care, child care, camps, recreational activities, school advocacy, and much more!
Adults
Together We Care assists adults with disabilities in discovering their life's purpose and creating a plan that focuses on goals to achieve their desires. These plans provide resources for transition services from high school, post-secondary education, supported employment, transportation resources, and independent living supports.
Training
Together We Care provides training to faith communities, counseling centers, and private schools. We offer practical steps for creating more inclusive environments for people with disabilities. Together We Care offers training packages that are individually created to meet the specific needs of the organization in order to help them reach the disability community.
