If you are a business owner and you wish to know more about becoming a corporate sponsor, please contact us.

Does your employer participate in matching payroll donations? If so, you could double your impact. Please check with your company’s Human Resources Department for details.

Donate Through Social Media and/or Online Shopping:

Give through Facebook:

  1. Log in to Facebook on your computer.

  2. In the promotion in your News Feed to start a birthday fundraiser (appears 2 weeks prior to your birthday), type in the search bar "Together We Care Corp".

  3. Select the nonprofit you want to raise money for.

  4. Under “Let’s start with the basics,” enter:

    • The name of the nonprofit you’re raising money for

    • How much you want to raise

    • The currency you want donations to be in

    • The date you want the fundraiser to end

  5. Click Next.

  6. Under “Tell your story,” enter:

    • A title for your fundraiser

    • A brief explanation for why you wanted to create this fundraiser or use the one that Facebook provides. 

  7. Click Next.

  8. Under “Pick a cover photo,” choose one of the suggested photos.

  9. Click Create.


A message will pop up that congratulates you on creating your fundraiser. From there, you can invite your friends to donate, share your fundraiser in your News Feed, or donate to the fundraiser yourself.

  1. Connect your Kroger shoppers' card and donate every time you shop for groceries!

  2. Visit https://www.kroger.com/i/community/community-rewards to connect your card to our charity 

  3. Search for Together We Care Corp or organization # DJ857

The cost to support one Together We Care family is $600/yr.

This will provide comprehensive planning services to a family that includes:

Financial Relief: Provides essential financial support to a family, alleviating some economic burdens.

Access to Resources: Enables the family to access specialized resources, such as medical equipment, therapy, or educational tools.​

​Enhanced Quality of Life: Improves the overall quality of life for the individual with a disability through better access to necessary services and support.​

​Increased Independence: Supports initiatives that promote independence and self-sufficiency for disabled individuals.​

​Emotional Support: Reduces stress and anxiety for the family, knowing that there is financial assistance available.

​​Community Integration: Helps the disabled individual and their family integrate more fully into the community through funded social and recreational activities.​

​Educational Opportunities: Provides funds for educational programs and resources, contributing to the personal development and potential future employment of the disabled individual.​

​Healthcare Access: Improves access to healthcare services, ensuring timely medical attention and continuous care.​

​Advocacy and Awareness: Promotes advocacy and awareness about disabilities within the community, fostering a more inclusive society.​

​​​Long-term Impact: Lays the groundwork for long-term positive outcomes by supporting foundational needs and enabling future growth and opportunities for the individual and their family.

Resource planning for a family for one (1) year.

12 hours of respite care for a family or community access for an individual.

$150 provides

3 weeks of group community access for an individual with disabilities to learn life and vocational skills.

One (1) hour of free educational advocacy for a family who otherwise could not afford the support they need to get an adequate education for their child. 

Together We Care is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
