Service Description
- Assessment/ministry audit (month 1) - 60 total hours - Vision planning/program development (month 2) - 60 total hours - 1:1 direct training/coaching and development of staff or volunteer teams throughout plan implementation - 34 total hours - Month 3 - 8 total hours of training - Months 4 through 7 - 4 hours per month (16 total hours) - Months 8 through 12 - 2 hours per month (10 total hours) - Final ministry audit at the end of 12 month period - Future planning development guide for future growth plan (1 yr, 3 yrs, 5 yrs) - 20% discount on future training packages
