Together We Support
Caregiving for a child with special needs can be both rewarding and incredibly demanding, making community and family support essential for parents. Together We Care helps parents strengthen their caregiving network to ensure the appropriate environment for their child and allows parents to provide the best possible care, thereby empowering the entire family to enjoy the special needs journey.
Together We APPLY
We assist parents in applying for crucial resources like the Katie Beckett insurance program, which offers Medicaid benefits to children with disabilities, regardless of parental income. Additionally, we guide families through the process of securing family support funds and applying for the NOW/COMP Medicaid waiver, which provides vital services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our goal is to ensure that every family has the tools and assistance they need to access these critical programs, paving the way for a brighter future for their children.

We understand that the transitional process from childhood to adulthood often brings uncertainty—but you don’t have to go through it alone. This coaching program offers a more complete and compassionate approach to transition planning.

Together We Work is designed to help individuals with disabilities discover meaningful work and thrive in employment that fits their strengths, interests, and goals. Beginning in 2026, Together We Care will offer supported employment and customized employment services that focus on real-world opportunities, individualized job matching, and ongoing support.

Through person-centered planning, job coaching, and strong community partnerships, Together We Work empowers individuals to build skills, gain confidence, and experience the dignity and purpose that come with meaningful employment—while supporting families and employers every step of the way.
