Together We PLAN
Together We Plan is our FREE resource planning program for families. Our parenting roadmap helps you navigate and understand the available resources from the time of diagnosis through the end of life. We walk you through each stage of life to prepare you for the next stage before you get there.
Together We NAVIGATE
We understand that the transitional process from childhood to adulthood often brings uncertainty—but you don’t have to go through it alone. This coaching program offers a more complete and compassionate approach to transition planning.
Together We SUPPORT
Together We Care helps parents strengthen their caregiving network to ensure the appropriate environment for their child and allows parents to provide the best possible care, thereby empowering the entire family to enjoy the special needs journey.
Together We THRIFT
Together We Thrift Boutique provides meaningful employment opportunities for adults with disabilities while inviting the community to shop, serve, and support. Every purchase helps empower individuals with special needs to thrive, and every volunteer makes a difference in creating an inclusive space of dignity, joy, and purpose.

Together We APPLY
Our Together We Apply program offers comprehensive assistance to families needing support with applications for the Katie Beckett, CHIPRA, HIPP, Family Support, and NOW/COMP programs.
Together We WORK
Together We Work is designed to help individuals with disabilities discover meaningful work and thrive in employment that fits their strengths, interests, and goals. Beginning in 2026, Together We Care will offer supported employment and customized employment services that focus on real-world opportunities, individualized job matching, and ongoing support.
